Punishment of cyber crime, i have used a fake name in a fake email

I did pseudonymous complaints by email, in my same govt department to the superiors against the staff working with me. Head of the department seeing the detail of complaints request a letter to cyber crime for disclose the identity of email(complainant). Then police official with the contact of alleged staff went to the person whose name was used by me in the fake email ID. & registered a defamation complaints not FIR till then. Then my superior realised that they did mistake to try to disclose the identity of complainant & cancelled all their request to cyber crime cell for disclosing identity. Now on the behalf of name which I used in fake email ID cyber crime can registered FIR, besides that No Govt. Email or Document or email by me has been share with the person whose name was used. Please help me guide me.
