Procedure to know about the person having access to fake fb account

Hi , I recently found that a Facebook account is crated by an unknown with my name ( my name is quite unique. Hence it is not so common to create an account Sg molar to mine). I am doubtful that the person is trying to use this account to send messages as if I had Sent. How can I get to know who created the account or who is operating it? Is there a way to find this with the help of legal system?
