Procedure to complain for Fraud Credit Card Transactions

My credit card has been used for international transactions without any OTP by some people and now card balance is 0. i have registered complaint with the concerned bank. Can somebody tell the procedure ?

I am sure that you have acknowledgement for having lodged the complaint. You have not mentioned when did you notice the fraud and when did you lodge the complaint. I presume You must have filed the complaint immediately after noticing the fraud. It is not clear whether you have lodged the complaint with police or bank alone. If you have lodged the complaint with Police, they will transfer your complaint to Cyber Crime branch. Follow up with police and the Bank.
