Pornography content in my mobile phone.

Hello Sir, please tell me if pornography content found on my phone (as I mentioned earlier) can lead the school to take action against me under the POCSO Act or not. Also, what legal actions can be taken against me since I am 15 years old? How many years of jail time or fines can I face? And can my phone be seized or not?
Yes action against you can be taken if you have transmitted any pornographic content to any other juvenile and he has filed police complaint against you. Since you are juvenile you will not get jail. There is no provision of jail term. You could be kept in observation home for six months for this kind of offence. Further Bail is mandatory as per section 12 of JJ Act.
But if your phone has pornographic content , it's non of the business to intrude into it as privacy is fundamental right of every citizen as per hon'ble Supreme Court of India. Nothing to worry.

No no action can be taken against you . Just chill and you won't face any jail time or even fine . at maximum they might order you to get counselling in a juvenile justice home. POCSO won't be applicable to you. So stay calm
