Partial recovery on Cyberfraud

Hi, I had registered FIR for cyberfraud.Police only managed to freeze 40% of the fraud money . My question is what happened to the remaining amount. How do I recover the amount?
Request police to freeze the other accounts also which your money got transferred but there are situations where the payments are legal in that scenario they can't freeze the account so just raise a request with them
