On small mistake company asking for huge fine

Hello sir, I was doing an online job with company name . But one day their server was down, I used to call them, but accidentally I login with my phone and laptop both, according to their rule I can't multiple login, but it was just an accident now they are asking me to pay 15000, as panalty, I can't pay any money ,. I am telling them I will do their work completed without payment, but they are not listening. Please help me, I can't go any court

Can you sand me any copy of contract between you and that company which mentioned such rules..
If there is an accidentally event than they need to consider it until and unless they sufer any lose or consequences due to your act.
If they sufer such thing or they mentioned specifically such things in their contract with you and it registered contact than , i need to see it first. But otherwise it's not a big deal. Hope it will helpful to you.
