Can NRIs file cases in India for cyber crimes against them when they are out of India. I have been an NRI for 6 years now

Hi yes you can file a complaint. complaint can be made online also. By the way you gather the materials that are posted against you which are available online. Along with the complaint attach those evidences and lodge the complaint. Provide your email and phone number in the complaint so that the investigating agency can contact you.
