Dear sir, I am not received any summon notice through court or any PS . CAN I attend court ?? Please suggest to me sir

Please let me know why you want to attend the court without summonns from the court.... is any complaint filled on you .....if complaint filled at PS we can settle at PS... why you want to go court with out any complaint s
