In 2016 my x bf leaked my private photos and mentally harrassed me by posting closed photos of both of us and writing abuse on social media. In 2018 he got married. That time I also get in relationship but after some time my x send our personal pics and some vedios to the person I am in relation. And I don't know what they talked they started both sharing my photos recordings to each other, so I broke up with him also. Now I am getting married, so both of them sending pics and telling lies to my firure in-laws house. They are not directly talking to me. There main intention is to show me character less. Both of them are married

Draft a complaint, this is against the modesty of women u/s 354 ipc …u must not be quite rather report the same in writing to to concerned police station…..! U must take this step n also issue them legal notice for defamation

File a criminal complaint. There are specific legal provisions with respect to the situation you described. Please take a swift action and the police shall seize the phones/laptops of perpetrators. Furthermore, the cybercell unit will take down the private pictures/ content I would advise you to take immediate actions
