My salary account number is blocked condition

Can I open new account with other bank when my another account is blocked due to cyber crime

Your pan card, your other card is not linked to the cybercrime portal. Therefore only your particular account with the customer identification number that is CIF Anni’s related accounts would be subject to debit freeze.
