My ex bf has been threatening me for last 4 years to get more nudes and sexual videos else he will send it to my family and friends. He recently started to send screenshot of videos to people around me, I cannot take it anymore but I don't want my parents to know about it.

you dont need to worry what you need is you need a lawyer who will assist you and talk to your bf anx settle issues so that your interests are taken well care off and you are in peace moreover proper planning is required
