My CFSL report is pending since 2 years how can I close it

I have a cyber crime case 500/506/66(C) IT act where my father is a accused but their is no name in the FIR. The complainer gave another person name as an accused but police officer arrested my father by saying that my ip of computer has been found and they seized my computer 2 years ago for the CFSL report but since the report is pending .how can i get rid from this problem?
Ask the police to submit the chargesheet before the learned court and as well as you state your fathers name was not there but was arrested because of the IP address place your submissions for quashing of the proceedings.
