My bank froze account on pretext of complaints, nI asked my bank which transaction, they said police didn't gave them details. nI asked is it related to bank? They said yes, this account.I called police, they said they don't have any Bank account number with them in complaint. or my details in complaint. nnIs my bank doing fraud?nOr some mis-understanding in police and bank?
Depending upon the issue and problem police complaint needs to be filed and if it related to digital transaction then complaint before the cyber police also. Then approach the bank for the required clarification and resolving the issue
