My bank account put on lien after getting refund vis court order

I was victim of cyber fraud in march 24. I registered FIR and i received some money after court order. Arter some time my bank account was put on lien, blocking my acces to amount. It seems someone other victim filed fraud complaint against the same person bank account.
After checking with my bank, they said the complaint was filed in barrackpore PS, kolkata but I am in delhi.
How can i get the lien on my account lifted?
Can I take some legal action from my local city?
if you are facing account freez , there is a legal process to release the amount . but it is to release the amount if you take proper actions. there is very simple process to release the amount. there is some process which you can adopt

Since the bank account is in Delhi and the PS Barrackpore didn’t takes any action after communications then you have right file a writ petition before Delhi HC a dog can also move application before Delhi district court.
Alternatively, you can approach to the cyber cell , Dwarka for intervention in this matters.
