My bank account freezed due to some cyber transfer

Respected sir, I have a bank account in kotak mahindra bank i havd done many transactions in it and. I can't remember all the name of the persons. My bank account is freezed as someone has made a payment of 25000rs in my account and i have taken it out but i have deposited it again as the bank employee sayed it is the amount from cyber crime. Please help me to unfreeze it and will there be any case against me
you need to lodge a complaint before the police station if they dont accept your complain and register it then there needs to be action taken against police and bank and i am already filed a case against kotak bank and have got a favourable order
