Money withdrawn from ATM, without my knowledge, bank not taking action

Money withdrawn(Rs.20,000/- + Rs.20,000/- + Rs.500/-) & transferred(Rs.20,000/-) to Mr  SBI A/C, Burdwan from my wife's SBI A/C (Jagatballavpur Branch, Howrah) from Mumbai SBI ATM Counter on 31st March'17 by unauthorised Debit Card. Informed to Home Branch Manager, FIR lodged at Jagatballavpur PS, Complaint to DIG, CID Operation, Cyber Cell, Bhabani Bhaban, Kolkata & Hon'ble CM's Office, Kalighat, Kolkata. No progress till date................

details are necessary and it can be taken upto a different forum for ends of justice you need to meet a good lawyer and consult the way out. the kolkata police is an incompetent authority related to cyber crime issues, earlier also they have failed in providing services.
