Money recovery from friend given since 2023

i have given an amount of 15000 to one of my friend , he told me that he is going to start a new company so wants some funds , and he promises that he will return the money within a week . It has been more then 15 months he did not return the money.
first you should initiate a legal notice to the person then if he doesn't return your money then you can file a recovery suit in the court. and also for more help, let me know how you pay the amount to the person, i mean via upi or netbanking or cash?

second aapke friend ne kuch time k liye aapse money borrow kiya lekin aaj k samay me wo wapas nahi kr rahe hai is k liye ap civil recovery ka case file kr sakte hai... or adhik jankaribk liye aap mujhe contact bhi kr sakte ho...

You should send him a legal notice demanding repayment of the ₹15,000 loan you provided for business purposes. The notice should include all relevant details and state that if he fails to repay the loan after receiving the notice, you will file a money recovery suit in the appropriate court.
