Money recovery from fraudsters freeze account

I am victim of online cyber crime.FIR done by police and the fraudsters account is freezed.Started legal proceedings through a local advocate for recovery,but judge is refraining from passing a order for recovery.Its six months and judge is finding reasons to postpone the order.Is it worth waiting or as suggested to approach sessions court for early recovery or shud I take other lawyer to fight it .pls guide.
Well, first of all, you need to disclose reasons to me that why the Judge is refraining from passing order to unfreeze your Bank Account. Then I can tell, whether his reasons are justifiable or not, whether you should wait or not or/and whether you should change your lawyer or not!
