Mobile hacked by employer to spy on employees

I am working with a private firm and I have strong feeling that my mobile is being hacked. I came to know about this in 2015 when mobile shown some errors and I shared with my colleagues. One of them said its something he was trying and suggested me to reset my Samsung Note 1 handset. There after I started observing round me and came to know that there is a team, systematically and professionally working on it to spy employee's and other persons mobiles. The tool used for this is based on PC and once hacked the entire mobile content became visible on PC. How can I protect me frm such hacking
the issue is quite serious if what you are saying is correct. You should immediately file a complaint with cyber cell wing of the police. They have offices in BKC and crawford market, commissionerate.
