Misuse of photograph uploaded by me what to do

Hi,i am a photographer by profession. I photographed a friend and uploaded it to my instagram account. The said image was then morphed(nude) and then used to threaten my friend by an unkown person. I would like to know if i can file a complaint or the person should. And if i should then how do i go about it
Go visit a commaioenr office for filing of the complaint in IT act of 2000 and rest assured they will take care of it and the photo will be deleted from the internet. Cyber cell is a branch inside the commissioner office

yes. you should file a complaint along with the person who's photo has been morphed.
if you fail to do so .. eventually you can be help alias with the said accused.
