Married women shared her password and then charged the boy for hacking

a lady who touched with me before marriage over phn only . she complained agnst me in act 66a , 66d 66c after her mrrg of 3 yrs . i got the bail on same day on 18 august 2017 and charge sheet is not submitted by IO till date. my phn also seized by police . what the procedure of return the phn ?she complain that i hacked her fcbk but i strongly say that the passwrd given by her to me. and no one any morphing picture or vulgar picture posted by anyone till 2013 on her fcbk account . pls guide how to move the case

do you have proof of the statement you made that the password was being provided to you by the woman, if yes, then you can sue the woman and she can be jailed for filing false complaint against you and harassing you.
