Liens placed on my bank account due to betting and cyber complaints

I have been playing on an online betting platform from many years. But recently some of the withdrawals have recieved cyber complaints due to which the bank has placed liens for them. As a result my bank balance has gone negative. Strangely, there is also 1 withdrawal for which I recieved 2 cyber complaints and the bank put twice the same liens resulting in double the hold amount for that transaction. I got the IOs numbers, but they all are irresponsive. I don't know what to do now?
if the matter pertains to fraud transaction then Bank with the instruction of the Cyber police holdn or freeze your account subject to layer of transaction, ergo suggestions to return the money to the aggrieved one which will help to unfreeze our account
