Lied me for opening account and made me loss of 8k

Called me and told to open demat account in her company and told me if. I open ac in her company then she will handel my ac and trade on behalf of me and told this services is from company,i have added 10k she had done trading for 3days with profit of 300rs only then in ac there is. 8000 less then I asked her why 8k is less she told that she don’t know then I contacted customer care and asked some questions then they told 8k is brokerages and they told account handing and trading behalf is against our policy i asked her they she told sorry I don’t know then ofter she didn’t answer my call and not replying messages but his colleagues calling me and telling not to complain and her and also Threating me but there is no proper response from customer care i have given complete on her is police station but police are telling if she is from other state we can’t do any thing at this month Customer care is not responding properly and also police In this case what should i do
