Legality of hosting betting gambling and porn sites

Will it be considered a crime in India if I host some objectionable websites like betting site for cricket/soccer etc... and porn site in foreign land? I mean hosting the above said websites on servers located in USA, Netherlands, Canada etc.., outside of India. and also for foreign people and not Indians for the purpose of affiliate marketing. Will it be considered a crime in India?
Under Ss. 67 & 67A, read with Section 75 of the IT Act, publishing or transmitting obscene and sexually explicit contents is punishable in India. Only hosting such websites on servers located outside India will not escape you from legal prohibition and punishment. Because website is merely hosted on a foreign location but if operating and managing website, uploading of contents and other activities are being done using a computer, computer system or computer network located in India, it is also punishable.
Similarly, other objectionable websites are also prohibited.
