Legal notice issued to the admin for watsap issues

In whatsapp I made many member without their consent and out of which one removed and rejoined on same day. But that member issued notice for this. Legal advice please. This group for passing info to field unit worker.

Could you share the group details, legal notice and messages with me so that I could give you a proper way ahead. The way ahead will depend on the allegations made by them in the legal notice however since whatsapp is a free medium, it should be easy to deal with.

what was the contents of the notice that was sent to you? Only then I would be able to further comment. Generally speaking, adding a person to whats app group is not a crime provided the comments were not contrary to the IT Act (for example, pornographic material).

What did the Notice say? please give the detaols of the notice. without proper details, no sound reply can be provided to you. Always be careful while adding people on Whatsapp Groups. The Delhi HC has allowed for notices to be sent to Admins for wanton behaviour.

He send notice . Ok. I will suggest you say sorry him nd never do again in future. Convince him or her. I think it is not a mejor issue bt u should think also that u did wrong. U should not add him or her without their consent when he or she already left the whatsapp group.
