In reference to your above referred query, this is to inform you that the punishment for committing the offence/crime of pornography via some web page(s) or other may make the offender liable to be prosecuted under the various Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under the Information Technology Act. Further, generally the punishment for such offence is depends upon the gravity of the offence and persons injured/affected from the said offensive acts. It is also pertains to mention here that in most of the cases the punishment if ranges from one year SI/RI to 3 years SI/RI with or without fine, or with both.
