How to take legal action on a Admin of a WhatsApp group who removed a member without reason? There are 17 Admins in the group.This admin is neither created the group nor added this member.The member has not sent any offending post or anything against the objectives of the group. Not posted any political or religious message. Admin is not giving reason for removal and he is keeping quiet. Removal has lowered the reputation of the respectable members. Hence action is required on the admin.
You have to prove the facts before court of law and details of the adminintrator and other list of members are also required. The notice will be sent to the concerndd person for initimating him that for legal action and after that legal action will be followed.
