In 2021, the government introduced the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, which impose certain restrictions on online content that is considered to be sexually explicit or harmful to minors. Online intermediaries, including social media platforms and messaging apps, are required to take down such content within 24 hours of receiving a complaint.

Absolutely if it's violates a law and with an interference of privacy it's illegal , the question legal things for porno not governs by any specific law but IT act plays pivotal role in this but as you described watching and texting with consent not attracts offences but if you did forcefully or intimidate or advertise something sort is against the law .
