Investment fraud through Instagram

I was cheated one lakhs in the name of investment in Dec 2022. I lodged FIR in Petbasheerabaad PS on Jan 2023 but still no recovery done. I want to get the court order. Can I get online.

hi if the money is not recovered yet then you could file a suit for recovery of money in court to recover the same and if the police are not conducting investigation or filing chargsheet then you could file writ petition in high court
