Intimate Photographs of a person in my mobile phone.

I have 3-4 photos of a girl in my phone. She has got to know about it and threatening me to make a police complaint. If I am not sharing the pics, is it illegal to have those photos in the phone even.
P.S I am not boyfriend.
The answer to this is definitely a yes possessing intimate photos of any girl Without her consent is against the provision of section 354IPC and the same is punishable offence You should surely delete it feeling which can be lodged by the girl
