It is unfortunate that you became a victim of the Scammers but Don't Worry, there is nothing to worry about this. There are many such scammers out in the market who are minting money by victimizing the students under the theme of Job Assistance consultancies. The Police and the Lawyers have solved many of such cases so dont worry. As per the information provided by you, I see 3 options.. Firstly, Approach the consumer court to get your money back. Secondly, approach the nearest Police Station and file a complaint to get them punished(your money will be returned lately) Thirdy, Negotiation directly with the company without Judicial process. My suggestion is , Approach any lawyer with all the evidences that you have. Depending upon your desire,You can then decide which option to opt out of three options.
