I received counter legal notice as i filed a case against that person

I filed a against a tally service provider. He deleted my all client data. But he sent me counter legal notice for amount 115000. If i do not give he will file civil suite against me. What should i do in this case.

Hello Deleting client data by tally service provider will amount to criminal breach of trust under 409 ipc. However, it's important to know that on what basis he is demanding 1,15,000 from you. So, feel free to contact me on this Thanks Adv Nitanshu Sharma
