i prank called a girl 4 months ago and she reported it to CBI

sir, 4 months ago, i prank called a girl and it turned out to be bad as she reported it to one of her family members, that was a CBI officer, like he said. The officer told me that he had filed a complaint in my state but he had withdrawn the complaint after some hours like he told me. A few hours ago (months later) i received a call from him again. Should i call back or not?

No, you should not call him. If some police complaint is lodged against you then the police will summon you for your appearance in the Police station .Since that doesn't happen and if you haven't received any call from police station then you don't need to worry
