I had lost my OTG pendrive personal photos were there so need legal advice ???
File a missing report about the pen drive detailing the fact that personal photos were on it and whatever else is on it. Serial no. of it would be helpful while lodging the complaint. File the missing report at the police station that has jurisdiction of your home.

You can file an FIR with the make and model of the photographs.
If the photos contained any meta-data (information stored in a picture like location etc.) the pictures may be able to be tracked. But it is a long shot.
In the meanwhile, keep a check on all your friends' social media profiles and make sure your personal pictures aren't appearing on any of those.
Also, keep a check on Google search by searching your own name and make sure your pictures aren't been seen in search results.
Apart from that, the law cannot help you much.
