I got defrauded and cheated buy a guy I met on Jeevansaathi.com

Defrauded by a guy from Jeevansathi app. We talked for months, met, he pressured me into physical stuff with false marriage promises. Now he ignores me, using others too. How to file complaint? Feeling mentally distressed. Can he be arrested in Canada? as he is an NRI. Need advice urgently.
Well, you can lodge a Criminal Case against him in India for raping you multiple times, as each and every time, when you consented for sex with him, such consent was obtained by giving false promise, that, soon, we would get married and replying upon that promise, your serrendered yourself each and every time before him to engage sexually with him.
