Sir I don't know whether the case is filed or not. I used the app share chat in that app I used to chat with a boy about Sex but after some time he said that he was not a boy and she is a girl. She asked my mobile number I have given after some time she said that she was a head constable. She is threatening me that she will file a case against me for chatting about Sex. This is my problem sir. Is she can file a complaint on me. If she filed what should I do sir

sex chatting is a cyber crime under 67a of information technology act and is punishable with imprisonment of upto 5 years and fine upto Rs10 lakhs.
so kindly refrain from doing so.
if at all a case is filed(since you are a first time offender) a case might not be filed. if a case is filed, courts will pardon you since you are a first time offender.
