Husband cheating on me with another women, can I publish their message

My hubby has a relashionship with a married woman.they are sending vulgar messages through watsapp. I have seen it and I took the backup and send to my mail id..can I publish it to her work place or some other relatives? If I did so can she lodge any complaint against me. What punishment i will get if I send all these chat to others?

Hi, I would like to know your intention on this. Generally people will share greetings / wishes posted by others on social medias. which is absolutely legal. But, considering your interest that you would like other people to know her harassment to you is also absolutely legal as you have proof that she posted vulgar content. It is up to the other people see and react to your postings. But, she can not complaint against you.

Please dont send any chat communication which consists of inappropriate content, it will be a crime. Will suggest contact cyber crime cell and lodge a complaint there if you received any vulgar messages.
