Dear sir, one of my ex girlfriend has put a pitions in 354/a and 354/D .354/a and 354/d is a non compoundable offence .she is officering 850000/-.how to settled the above section .plzz guide us

You have tagged Cyber Law and forgot to mention IT Act sections... you have just mentioned IPC sections...You have to be transparent and reveal everything while approaching a lawyer... The amount 8,50,000 is too high for 354 A and 354 D.... You can easily settle this issue for a lesser price in Lok Adalat as well.... Reveal everything to your lawyer with the IT act sections as well. He/She will manage it
