Got call that FIR is filed on me feeling that i am one of the suspect

27-Jul-2023 (In Cyber Crime Law)

I was betrayed by online trading Company , lost 5L amount. To recover that amount they asked me to pay another 5Lakhs.they gave a work for me to do transaction from one account to another account through my account - I will receive 5-7℅ money out of it. Case was registered on that company and as amount of 50k came from that fraud account to my account they are feeling me as fraud and filed FIR on me. What to do please answer, Ncrp number : 32906230014713

I clearly see that you are concealing many facts....Like they might have approached you either through WhatsApp or telegram to transfer the amount and earn some money....(prior to this theh might have also asked you you earn through liking YouTube videos or writing Google Reviews) You have agreed to transfer the amount... you might have revived money at multiple instances as well and unfortunately you have become a partner-in-crime in the eyes of law.... Feel happy because Usually the bank account gets freezed by the Cyber Crime Police in these type of cases... Now here are the things to do.. 1. Protect your Bank Account 2. Approach a Cyber Crime Lawyer and reveal the whole truth not a partial truth like you did here... Depending upon the transactions you made and you received he/she suggest you whether to file a counter FIR or to Quash the FIR or Just defend you.. I'm repeating this again.. reveal the whole truth to your Lawyer.
