Getting quashed a police complaint for cyber crime

Two years back my friend asked my account no. to get money from his home saying his account is not working or something.But he did cheat someone from Hyderabad worth Rs20000 . I didn't have any idea about it. That person made a police complaint with my 2 bank accounts and both are frozen now. When i came to know all this i returned Rs20000 to that person myself because i didn't hav any contact of my friend? How can the case be withdrawn now and my account get activated? I
You please contact and be in touch with the person whom you have returned the amount, and see that the said person would be reported to the police that the matter is compromised and he has received the said amount from you, and that he has no grievence against you. Then the police file either file final report before court, and ask him and you to approach the court so that the compromise be recorded before competent lok adalat with the permission of concerned court/magistrate.
