Fraud case of 420 120b shehsb.

Someone hs filed 420, against me wherein idk that person. The money which has came in my account was send by my ex bf against whom i have filed 376 previously who has frauded me now he is out on bail. I am completely innocent he just said he is returning back my money so that i take the case back. Kindlg suggest. I am already pregnant right now.

Keeping in view of the above scenario if you think that the case is frivolous, you can file a police complaint for mental harassment and also a case for malicious prosecution for false case if you found to be completely innocent. You can also claim compensation for the same.
