Framed by ex employee who was fired due to non performance

Dear Sir/Maam. I had an employee whose services were terminated due to zero productivity. He has floated around a video of himself on whatsapp that he is being threatened by me and my colleagues. What can i do to counter his claim.

hello bammachi hru as per your query as the scenario your ex employ is circulating a vedio as per which you has been allegated you and your colleagues were threatening him and harassing him and u have been defamed and you must take action.by filling a case in court.

Hi, You shall first send a proper legal cum demand defamation notice listing all the events and asking him to refrain from spreading such rumors. After sending the legal notice, you shall file a recovery suit for the damages incurred upon you from his activities. You can also file a defamation suit against him. Feel free to contact.
