Fradulant documents has been marked by a person

A person has marked fradulant documenrs in Civil court. A forensic report has been marked subsequently Petition filed under section 379 BNSS in civil Court. But the judgement was pronounced by judge without consider the 379 petition. What can I do next
Filing Fraudulent Documents/Evidence is punishable offence, kindly give correct details to give advice or opinion on it, BNSS/CRPC won't come for civil court, feel free to contact for any legal advice.
