I have received a notice u/s 41a, FIR u/s 66(D) no other details available, I have no idea about this matter.
have written in your question that you have received a notice under section 41a in CRPC in which section 66d which comes under the information technology act 2000 whoever by means of any communication device or computer resource cheat by personation shall be punished with imprisonment of either description 4 a term which may extend to 3 years and shall also be liable to file which may extand to 1 lakh rupees sec 66D the information technology neurology Act 2013 by personation by using computer resource give you any more detail you are send me FIR
