An Employee From A Fundraising Website Lodged An FIR Against Me For Raising Donations For Financial Crisis After My Grandfather’s Death(To Take Care My Family’s Monthly Expenses, Medical Expenses And Small Loan From Relatives).\nI Didn’t Know How To Set Up The Fundraiser So I Took A Help From A Twitter User(That User Approached Me In Exchange Of Promotional Charges For Setting Up And Sharing The Fundraiser On Social Media) And I Sent Him The Docs Like Death Certificate, PAN Card And Aadhar Card Of Mine My Dad’s Mom’s Etc\nAfter 10 Months Later I Got To Know About FIR Bcz Instead Of My Grandfather That Guy Uploaded An Edited Death Certificate Of My Father(Bcz I Said My Father Is Not With Us Anymore ie Don’t Live With Us Or Take Care Of Us). He Even Added His Email ID in The Website. I Was Just The Beneficiary Of Donations And I Was Sharing The Link To My Circle.\nSections Are IPC 420 467 468 In FIR. What To Do Plz Tell Me.
