Fake Facebook profile and repeated threats

My ex has my pictures with him which he uses to create a fake fb profile of mine to contact me and create a threat so that i do what he wants. I dont want police harrasment please advice how can I settle this? I have evidences against him.
Hi,
If you do not intend to file a police and cyber complainant. You shall send him a legal cum defamation notice asking him to refrain from using your pictures and information or else he shall be liable for the same.

You can send a legal notice to your ex about stopping the harassment or you can go to police. They won't harass you. If you have proof, then you can retain a lawyer and file a complaint with cyber department of the police of your city.
