Q: Fake Facebook profile and repeated threats

My ex has my pictures with him which he uses to create a fake fb profile of mine to contact me and create a threat so that i do what he wants. I dont want police harrasment please advice how can I settle this? I have evidences against him.

You can send a legal notice to your ex about stopping the harassment or you can go to police. They won't harass you. If you have proof, then you can retain a lawyer and file a complaint with cyber department of the police of your city.

Q: i abused on instagram to a airforce personnel because she msgs repeate

An airforce airmen(constable) is repetedly msg to my gf and ask her to marry him and many time my gf told her that stop msgs me and even blocked her but he continues to msg her with new ids on instagram. finally i abused him badly on instagram on msgs and i didnt knw at the time of abuse that he is in airforce now he is saying that he will take legal action against me by complaining in airforce what should i do now??

Retain screenshots of the messages. You can tell him that... We would send the proof your messages to your seniors in Air Force if you don't stop harassing the women. Stalking and Harassment are offences under the Indian Penal Code. You can also tell him to contact your lawyer in this regard. Hire a lawyer immediately.

Serve them a legal notice, with a invoice bill of the said amount.Hire a lawyer to draft your legal notice and serve them that regarding non-payment of your dues.Also do you have the proof that you have given them astrological consultation during that period?

hello sir, i was working with a company in delhi as manager, at the time of joining they have suddenly asked to sign a bond and due to i had left job i have signed bond, it was one sided bond, after that company owner and senior person start mentally torcher. and due to some personal reason i had left company after six month, so now company send me notice to pay certain amont. they even not provide any training. so what should i do
