Facebook account is being hacked how to take action against the hacker

Sir my facebook account is hacked by someone it contains all my photos messages. I Did an fir to local police station but they said they have no wing of cyber cell. So can I lodge a complain to any other district or cities cyber police station? Am a resident of Jalpaiguri westbengal

police will not guide you properly, you need to write and draft a letter properly, and send it through speed post and ask the police the lodge the FIR and they would be bound to accept the same. Even you send a copy to the Commissioner also. kindly contact for guiding better.
