You can file a police complaint against the employee against the offence of section 72 of IT act proceed with the police complaint against the employee and further sections of IPC can also be added to the said complaint

Dear All,
As the Employee denying access to our domain and email hosting will require the following things.
Firstly Do check the Server Log
Secondly The ISP hitting Server
Thirdly Check the Administrator who has created email hosting
Fourthly there is been MAC ID of Every System/Phone that is hitting server of domain name and Email Server.
for the same the evidence has to be compliance with IT Act 65-B
As the Employee denying access to our domain and email hosting will require the following things.

Lodge a complaint against him for illegally holding the domain and not giving access to email hosting which belongs to you or your company. Employee has only rights of access till he is into employment
