Education loan payment and not completed course

I have enrolled for 1 lakh 20 k education loan from finance peer,for one of course from company name Sporjo, i paid my six emi and I dint start my course, as company has run with lot of issues post few month company closed they don't pay staff salary and other things as well, so I i not even start course and now I got call from recovery agent they visit my house with our intimation , I mailed about company scam , but they harrassed me with lok Adalat notice , apart from this I put NC

Well, if they keep on harassing you, then, we have to lodge a FIR against them under the concerned provisions of the IPC, 1860. Apart from that whatever notices they have sent you, we can give a befitting appropriate reply of all such legal notices.
